Strategically, the Innerio Group is focused on actively shaping technological change in vehicle design – such as powertrain systems, power distribution and air conditioning with product & process focus on all thermal applications. Innerio Group is an international Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier for innovative products in the mobility industry.

Innerio Heat Exchanger GmbH
Kottingbrunn, Austria
High-performance and highly efficient heat exchangers are developed and produced at this site. This product and manufacturing expertise is based on around 40 years of corporate experience. The company was founded in 1984 in Berndorf near Baden.
The original site was replaced by a modern plant in Kottingbrunn in 2008. On an overall area of 29,000m2 with 16,000m2 of production space, the new site has gone into operation and has state-of-the-art facilities for aluminium processing as well as for joining and testing technologies

The company has been manufacturing welded aluminium tubes and assembled subassemblies at its Remscheid site for more than 25 years. Fertinger Tubes is the leading supplier of aluminium tubes for a wide range of applications in the automotive sector for heat exchangers and cooling and air conditioning systems

For almost 80 years, Rupert Fertinger GmbH has offered a wide range of technological expertise. Originally from the fittings industry, applications for temperature management in vehicles and for current-carrying or media-carrying components and assemblies made of aluminium and copper alloys are now successfully being put to use.
The plant in Wolkersdorf was planned in 2012 “on a greenfield site” for the optimised processes and, together with its sister plant in Neusiedl/Zaya, offers modern workplaces and a perfect logistical infrastructure.

Niepołomice, Poland
The Niepolomice plant of Fertinger Automotive Polska stands for bending competence with automated processes for tube forming with and without mandrels. All the necessary processes for tube end machining for radial or axial seals are at home there.
The plant was founded in 2015 by Rupert Fertinger GmbH and today meets the highest customer expectations through a well-coordinated team.
